1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Fragrances, undergarments, or customized items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent).

3. Exchanges


Exchanges are available for different sizes, colors, or styles (subject to stock availability).

If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
